Amazing app but... There is a glitch when you want to put equalizer and reverb together that it makes whatever instrument youre playing sound really high pitched and annoying. Please fix this.

Ok,first of all, I cant restore my purchases, the icon spins and spins, I left it alone for 40 mins to see if it just took a while.... Had close the app, in 40 min not one purchase was restored, second, the app is great, but it needs a synth, the sampler is nice, but it needs a synth too.

this app was $20 when I bought it...the Bluetooth should work. GarageBand is free and the Bluetooth works for that.

BM2 has pretty complete functionality for me. I like the clip approach to the sequencer where editing a clip changes all of the same ones. I dont use the built in sounds but like to midi out to synths and record back in. There are a lot of mediocre sounds, and the drum presets have some poor additions. Luckily you can mix and match and load your own samples and edit them too. Learning the interface takes too much time. There are too many windows and too much switching to do simple things. There is hidden functionality, like automation, which one has to research online to figure out how to do. The file management is a mess too. It all works and allows you to do many things, you just have to keep the UI map in your head. Reading the manual is required as too little is intuitive enough to figure it out without it. One thing that is lacking is IAA for effects. The onboard effects are ok enough, but there are much better on iOS. This would be a much welcome addition towards a more complete DAW experience. Overall for me, I can do what I want pretty well and pretty quickly, so I come back to it often.

I mainly use Pro Tools, Logic, and Reason - Beatmaker 2, so far, is as close as it gets on an iPhone. Yes, most of the built in samples are uninspiring but this apps strength is FUNCTIONALITY and VERSATILITY. For instance, you can map, edit, tune and filter samples; not even Music Studio can do all that (and Music Studio is my daily go to app for MIDI and teaching). Among other things, you can even automate the faders and effects. You can easily import / export samples through Dropbox.

What wrong with the app it decided to stop working and wont open

Using this app has been the most fun Ive had using any beat making app. (I have iMaschine, iMaschine 2, GarageBand, and IMPC Pro) BM2 Is incredibly intuitive, and not glitchy like a lot of overhyped, overpriced apps. Ive watched some tutorial videos for BM2, but I love how they have an actual manual that breaks down each function, knob, etc. I would recommend this app to anyone. The more I use it, the more I look forward to using it. BM2 rocks!

This is overall an amazing app. But, since the latest update its like the controls in the mixer are frozen. I cant change the volume, I cant select "solo" or "mute" ... Etc. whats going on? Are these changes documented somewhere?

Its a good app and all. I just dont know how to save the music to my phone ?¿

I like this app I using it for a while but you need to update we need some lazy chop and more compressors reverbs filters ect

This app has been rocking it the longest on iOS to my knowledge. It was literally years ahead of anything else on the market when it first came out, and still is the best. This is actually the first DAW I learned, before Logic or Live. Being able to create custom pads, beats, synths, and having the ability to have a view to edit and compose the music makes this app the best. I feel other apps are holding back to protect their multi hundred dollar apps.

Beatmaker developers I love the app I really do but TIME ITS For some new updates, Right? I mean some of the instruments no longer loads, one minute I will be makings a track, next minute the app will just closed out, so I have to save as I go, am talking like every second I will hit the save button. And when the app closed out, I figure I will just hit the last save and continued where I left off rright? Nope! It load something as if you havent started anything, what a waste of my time. So please Im not here to bad mouth the app am just saying, fix the issues buyers are having and update the app with more new sounds and instruments, thank you

OMG what happened?! All my tracks do not play correctly, have frequency delay, high pitched squeal then stop playing altogether. FX problems and nothing displays like it should. I have lots of complex drops and music created on this and worked fine. iOS 10 update must have screwed me. Please fix!!!

i been using your beatmaker app for the past 5 years ,its a great app ! but i have had some problems not receving updates ! and also the app is crashing when i leave the edit bounds and sample screen and aslo the mpc has no cutt of buttom for the indivdiual pads so if im playing a simple i sliced up and i have it across to pads when i press one pad and then another i would like the one i pressed first to stop playing ! i have made good beats across each genre using your beatmaker app i really like it i believe it cold be very big there is just a few things that need to be upgraded the keyboard sampler for one i cant make professional beats withthose sounds and piano choices giving and i know about your add on apps but the recording for in between is needs to be updated and also the akai mpc app does not work with beatmaker ut just does a loud rangey thing that hurts my ears ! and there are lots more things i can go on about that can hep improve this app feel free to contact me you guys have done a great job witht his app

Samples were never good anyways. Cheesy freeware quality.

Lots of good functionality. Klunky interface. Cheap sounds. Looking forward to Beatmaker 3 due by the end of the year.

Too bad this app is the queen of UI dead ends. Back to the drawing board with the understanding of destructible actions and the need to avoid them. One step undo isnt enough. E.g. If you accidentally add a region to a track over another, it is impossible to separate them, you cant even see the overlaying tracks midi notes, they are thereby in the aether. a remedied is needed. Thumbs down. Do it or dont, fellas.

Idk if this is the problem but Im on iOS 9.1 and I bought the app and it crashes when I go to the app and closes me out plzzzz FIX THIS PROBLEM...
